Who we are

NCLEXnursing.com is the data controller for your personal data. [Owner: insert legal entity, address and data-protection contact.]

What we collect

  • Account data: name, email, exam track, timezone, password hash (Argon2id).
  • Learning data: answers, scores, flags, study plans, flashcard reviews.
  • Billing data: Stripe customer and subscription identifiers and payment status. Card details are processed by Stripe and never reach our servers.
  • Technical data: security logs and hashed IP addresses for abuse prevention.
  • Analytics: only if you accept analytics cookies.

Why we use it

To provide the service (contract), to keep it secure (legitimate interest), to send optional emails (consent, which you can withdraw at any time) and to meet legal obligations such as tax records.

Sharing

We use processors for hosting (OVHcloud), payments (Stripe), email delivery and, if enabled, analytics (Google Analytics 4). We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Account and learning data are kept while your account is active and deleted after an account deletion request, except records we must keep by law (for example invoices).

Your rights

You can access, export, correct or delete your data from your profile, object to processing, and complain to your data-protection authority.
